DELIVERY TIMES

All orders completed and received on a business day before 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day to be delivered within the next 24-72 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). We strive to minimize these timeframes, so in most cases, they will be delivered within 24-48 hours, depending on the region.

Delivery conditions and times may be affected by force majeure or calendar circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, traffic accidents, or the celebration of local, provincial, or regional holidays.

Upon confirming the shipment of your order through the Website, you will receive a tracking number from the shipping agency. Through the link provided, you will be able to obtain information about the status of your order. The shipping agency will notify you by SMS or email on the day your order is scheduled for delivery, making one delivery attempt. If you are absent and the delivery cannot be made, you will receive a message informing you that your order has been deposited at the nearest Parcel Shop to your home, where you will have 9 calendar days to collect it.

If you refuse the order or do not collect it from the Parcel Shop indicated by the shipping agency within the stipulated period, it will be implicitly understood that you have exercised the right of withdrawal, and the order will be returned to our warehouses, where we will proceed to make a partial refund of the order, deducting the management and reverse logistics costs incurred due to the order’s refusal.

KUVINGS SPAIN does not automatically accept orders for delivery to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. If delivery to these territories is requested, delivery times will vary based on conventional transportation routes, as well as the application of taxes that must be paid directly by the User through the companies collaborating in these individualized deliveries.

All products are shipped in their original boxes or properly protected to avoid damage during transportation. In the event of any damage, you may choose to return your order with the corresponding refund or request a new product at no additional cost.

In any case, any damage to the packaging must be reported to the shipping agency at the time of receiving the order at the delivery address provided by the User, and no later than within 48 hours of the product’s delivery. To do this, the User must contact KUVINGS SPAIN via the email address info@bonfilex.com, providing photos and/or documentation related to the damages to the packaging or its contents.
